像素炼金房用户协议

本协议提供多语言版本供参考；如不同语言版本存在差异，以英文版本为准。

1. 协议适用与接受

本协议适用于像素炼金房网站、账户、付费权益及相关服务。若用户对其中的条款、个人权益等内容有异议，请联系 contact@pixelchemy.cc。注册账户、购买权益或继续使用在线服务即表示用户已阅读并同意本协议及《隐私政策》。如用户不同意，请勿注册或购买；不需要账户的本地浏览器功能仍可按页面说明使用。

账户及付费服务仅面向年满 18 周岁且有能力订立合同的人。注册即表示用户满足该条件。我们不以未成年人为目标，也不故意收集未成年人的账户信息。

2. 工具属性与图片处理

像素炼金房是图像处理、像素化、图纸分析和编辑工具。我们不收集或存储用户选择的图片、框选区域、像素内容、预览或导出结果；如以后提供需要收集图片的功能，我们会在使用前清楚说明并取得用户主动选择。

我们只提供工具与平台，不主张用户输入图片、处理结果或作品的版权，也不因处理行为取得这些内容的许可或所有权。

3. 账户与安全

用户名用于识别账户，邮箱为可选信息。用户应保证注册资料真实可控、妥善保护登录信息，并及时报告未经授权的使用。

不得共享、出租或出售账户，不得绕过账户验证、权益限制或安全措施，也不得攻击或干扰服务。我们可在合理怀疑欺诈、攻击、违法或严重违约时临时限制账户，并在可行时告知理由和申诉方式。

4. 付费权益、计时与计数

价格、币种、税费、权益范围和有效期以付款前页面为准。第三方支付服务商（当前为 Paddle）作为记录商户，负责结账、收款、税务、付款凭证和退款。用户向支付服务商提供的信息同时受其买方条款和隐私政策约束。

不自动续费：本站不启用自动续费或自动扣款。权益到期后不会续订；用户如需继续使用，必须再次主动购买。

按时间权益：除购买页面另有醒目说明，计时从用户购买后首次成功生成标准图纸之时开始。永久权益如有提供，仍受合理使用、安全和服务存续条款约束。

按张数权益：按“更新的原图数量”计数。同一原图仅改变预览、滤镜、参数或重新导出，不重复计张；加入一张新的原图并首次成功生成标准图纸计一张。批量任务按其中首次成功更新的原图数计数。未成功完成的任务不扣减权益。

法定撤销、退款和消费者权利优先于本协议。除法律强制要求或付款页面另有承诺外，已经实际消耗的数字权益可能影响可退金额；退款请求可通过支付服务商或 contact@pixelchemy.cc 提交。

5. 内容合规、版权与可接受使用

用户自行确认其有权复制、处理、改编、下载、展示或商业使用所选图片，并负责判断行为是否符合其所在地及目标市场的法律。用户不得处理或使用以下内容：侵犯版权、商标、肖像、隐私或其他权利的内容；违法、欺诈、恶意或用于骚扰的内容；法律禁止持有或制作的内容；利用服务攻击、逆向破坏、规避付费或影响他人使用的内容。

工具输出不构成对权属、合法性、原创性、商用许可或不侵权的确认。尤其在商用前，用户应核查素材许可证、衍生作品限制、角色与品牌权利及当地法律。由于图片不上传，我们通常无法也不会预先审查内容；这不限制我们依法响应有效通知或处理与账户、支付及网站公开内容有关的投诉。

6. 服务变更与可用性

我们会合理维护服务，但不保证永久、无中断或完全无错误。维护、安全事件、不可抗力、浏览器兼容性或第三方支付/邮件服务可能影响可用性。重大不利变更将以合理方式提前通知；已购买权益不会被任意实质削减，法律另有允许、服务终止并提供适当补救或因用户严重违约的情形除外。

7. 知识产权

网站代码、界面、品牌和我们提供的材料由我们或许可方拥有；用户内容和用户生成结果仍归相应权利人。除正常使用服务所必要的有限、可撤销、非转授权许可外，本协议不转让任何知识产权。

8. 责任边界

在法律允许范围内，服务按现状提供。我们不排除或限制因故意、重大过失、人身伤害、欺诈、违反强制消费者保障或法律禁止排除的责任。除此之外，我们对可合理预见且由违约直接造成的损失承担责任；不对用户无权使用素材、错误参数、设备或浏览器故障以及用户自行商业化所产生的损失负责。本条不削弱用户所在地不可放弃的消费者权利。

9. 终止与删除

用户可在账户管理中退出或删除账户。删除后，登录资料将被删除或不可逆去标识化；为处理付款、退款、税务、欺诈、安全事件或法律请求而必须保留的最少记录，按《隐私政策》的期限隔离保留后删除。终止不影响终止前已产生的付款、退款、知识产权或依法继续有效的条款。

10. 通知、营销与联系

我们仅发送注册验证码、登录验证码、安全、账户、付款、服务状态和协议重大变更等事务性邮件，不会发送营销邮件。联系：contact@pixelchemy.cc。

11. 适用法律与变更

本协议适用的法律及争议解决方式以适用的强制性法律规则为准，且不影响用户依法享有的、不可放弃的消费者权利。我们可因法律、风险或功能变化更新协议；重大变更将在生效前以页面或事务性通知说明，并在法律要求时重新取得同意。

These Terms are available in multiple languages for reference. If the versions differ, the English version controls.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to the Pixelchemy website, accounts, paid entitlements, and related services. If you have any concerns about these Terms or your rights, contact contact@pixelchemy.cc. By registering, buying, or using an online service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Account and paid services are only for persons aged 18 or older who can enter a binding contract.

2. Tool and image handling

Pixelchemy is an image-processing, pixel-art, pattern-analysis, and editing tool. We do not collect or store selected images, selections, pixel content, previews, or exports. If a future feature requires collecting an image, we will explain this before use and require an affirmative choice. We do not claim copyright in your inputs or outputs or receive a content licence merely because you use the tool.

3. Accounts

Your username identifies your account, and providing an email is optional. You must keep your registration and login information accurate and secure and promptly report unauthorised use. Account sharing, sale, circumvention of account or entitlement controls, attacks, interference, and unlawful use are prohibited.

4. Payments and entitlements

A third-party payment provider (currently Paddle) acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment, tax, receipts, and refunds. Information you give the payment provider is also governed by its buyer terms and privacy policy. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge. When access expires, you must purchase again yourself.

Unless checkout clearly says otherwise, time-based access starts on the first successful standard-pattern generation after purchase. Credit usage counts newly updated source images: changing filters, parameters, previews, or exports for the same source does not count again. New source images count when first successfully generated, and unsuccessful tasks do not consume entitlements. Mandatory cancellation, refund, and consumer rights prevail. Refund requests may be made through the payment provider or contact@pixelchemy.cc.

5. Content, copyright, and acceptable use

You are responsible for having all rights needed to copy, process, adapt, download, display, or commercially use an image and for complying with laws where you and your audience are located. Do not process unlawful content or material infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Output is not a legal or licensing clearance. Because we do not collect images, we generally cannot pre-screen them.

6. Service and liability

We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections, fraud, or applicable liability for personal injury. Subject to mandatory law, we are responsible for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by our breach, not losses caused by unlicensed source material, user settings, user devices, or independent commercial exploitation.

7. Termination and privacy

You may delete your account. Account information will be deleted or de-identified, while limited records needed for payment, refunds, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal claims may remain for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy. We send only transactional verification, security, account, payment, service, and material-policy notices and no marketing email.

8. Law, contact, and updates

Applicable mandatory law governs these Terms and dispute resolution without limiting non-waivable consumer rights. Material changes will be notified and fresh consent obtained where legally required. Contact: contact@pixelchemy.cc.
